Here we present a rare and historic deck of 28 German playing cards, in very good condition. There are 28 handprinted,cards, consisting of 8 cards in the heart suit, 7 cards in the acorn suit, 6 cards in the ivy suit, and 7 cards in the belle suit. The '4 of acorns card has a central star within a circle, and the printed name MARKE / Schultz surrounding it. The 4 of hearts has C.L.WUST and Frankfurt printed on its face. The ivy Ober card has 1853 printed along its center line. See photos.
