This is a South Carolina Governor David Beasley signed and dedicated My Friends and Me South Carolina Governor's Mansion white collectible house. He signed it during his first year as governor of South Carolina in 1995 and was governor until 1999. It appears to be made of hardened clay or ceramic. It measures 3 3/4" height x 6 1/2" width x 1 1/2" depth.
