Item does NOT \"glow in the dark\" on its own - a blacklight is required.This item is a 100% handmade ornament - hand cut and hand sewn out of polyester felt and beads.Item is lightly stuffed with polyfil.Back of ornament is solid black felt.Overall size is approximately 4\"x3\"Small felt loop at the top to insert ornament hook for hanging.
