A giant, fairly well-formed single crystal of brownish Zircon with a bright yellow fluorescent response under shortwave U.V. light, from the Kasungu- Chipala Intrusions, Kasungu District, Central Region, Malawi. These were basically a one-time find in my understanding and you do not see them around, which is a shame as not only do they have a GREAT fluorescent response for zircon, they are absolutely huge crystals for the species!! Rare!
