German Railway Toilet Sign Vintage Wood Framed Train Transit Notice Mid CenturyThis is an old hand-lettered sign, paper with hand-colored ink, set into what looks like a handmade wooden frame.Measures approx 8” x 14”It came out of an estate that also had photographs from Austria and Germany dating to the 1930s–40s, so I believe this sign is from around that era or not too long after, likely from a train or bus.Frame has real weight to it and shows honest age. White paint on one side and a touch on the glass, wear on the corners, some staining on the paper, old wire hanger on the back.Please look closely at all photos before buying. Any questions, just ask!
