Offered is a General Matthew B Ridgway SIGNED Dwight D Eisenhower 1970 First Day Of Issue Cover (FDC) cachet. General Ridgway was the 19th Chief of Staff of the Army. He also Commanded the 82nd Airborne in WWII and was the Supreme Allied Commander Europe. Signature and envelope are in excellent condition. Signature in blue ink. Envelope has four sharp corners, no creases. Listed as “Used” as this signed item was previously owned.
