The lapidary rough rock for cabbing weighs 23 grams and is shown wet in the first 5 pictures. This is a gorgeous slab of blue Gem Silica Chrysocolla and green Malachite from the Inspiration Mine in Arizona . The Inspiration Mine in Arizona is famous for its beautiful Gem Silica Chrysocolla. It is located two miles north of the town of Miami. \\ Gem Silica is a trade name for a highly-silicated Chrysocolla. Though this slab is highly-silicated it is not translucent.
