In the USA, Gatchaman was known as Battle of the Planets and fans used to sit in their living rooms with their eyes glued to the television as Ken the Eagle, Joe the Condor, June the Swan, Jinpei the Swallow and Ryu the Owl did their thing. Each lighter ships in a black and gold box which is lined inside with protective felt. The box then slips into a black Gatchaman sleeve. Nifty.
