FOOM #10 FN/VF 7.0 Early New X-Men App MARVEL COMICS Predates GSX #1 VINTAGE For Sale

Up for grabs is this used vintage copy of FOOM #10 Magazine - issued in 1975 by MARVEL COMICS - featuring an early appearance of the new X-MEN team that came out right around GIANT SIZE X-MEN #1. This copy is very clean & lays flat. It is 100% complete with centerfold attached & no missing or filled out ads. Staples look very nice with no rips or tears. There is some stress on top & bottom spine area & some light corner edge wear. ***PLEASE NOTE that I am NOT a professional comic book grader but have been collecting for well over 25 years. This copy was compared to graded & other ones listed & I would probably put this around a 7.0 but again it is just my honest opinion. Please examine all the provided pics & email me if you need any further info on this. Will be shipped bagged & boarded between 2 solid pieces of sturdy card board & fully insured. Thanks. P.S. The lighting in my house sucks & some of my pics can look a little dark in some cases.
