I am not an expert so I will do my best to describe it. I tested it and it kept time and the chimes worked. I believe this is the Bim Bam chime ( see video). The brass colored fram and weights have worn finishbin spots. There is some scuffs and scrapes on the face. It comes with 2 Pendulums, i don\'t know if they are both original.
