How to use?
Q: After the jack is lifted up, it will gradually fall back. Why it go back to normal when start lifting again?
A: The internal structure of our jack has a one-way valve design. If the jack falls back, please lower the jack first and then start lifting. After the one-way valve works normally, you can then start again.
Q: What should I do if the jack cannot be lowered?
A: This could happen because the safety valve of the jack is too tight. Please use a small hexagon wrench to loosen the safety valve, then the bar can slowly descend.
Q: After the jack was lifted, there is some oil. Is it an oil leak?
A: When we assemble the jack, please apply a layer of oil on the lifting rod to ensure its normal operation.
Q: Why LCD display shows err code?
A: There will be an error warning in the following two situations:
1. The positive and negative poles of the power supply are reversed.
2. The output power of the power supply is low.
Please cut the power and restart to recover.

- Please read the instruction manual carefully before use.
- Electric car jack must be placed on the flat ground, do not exceed the MAX load weight（5T）
- Please run once without load before use. If something goes wrong, stop using it.
- No one is allowed to enter the bottom of the car during the work of the electric jack.
- Car jack need to pause for 20 minutes after 15 minutes of continuous working. Do not operate continuously for a long time.
