This Eldreth redware Santa is pre-owned and is in excellent condition. This Santa measures 8 inches high x 4 3/4 inches wide x 3 1/2 inches deep. The polychrome paints blend perfectly to make this look like it is older than it is! There are no chips, cracks, or repairs to the piece - but there is one flaw: the maker etched the year 2011 (not the actual year of 2010) and someone (maybe the maker, maybe the purchaser) wrote over the 2011 in black sharpie 2010 - the correct year. Technically this is a "second" because of this error, but it still is a signed piece of Eldreth redware pottery!
