This is a high-quality modern reproduction of the Eastern Air Lines hockey-stick logo lapel pin.
The white stylized bird on a blue circle is Eastern’s 1960s–1980s identity — collectors call it the hockey stick or ionosphere mark. It replaced the earlier falcon / Great Silver Fleet badge on much of the fleet.
