Dugan Iridescent Marigold Carnival Glass Pulled Loop Antique 10 1/8\" Swung Vase 1907

This antique Dugan Carnival Glass swung vase is in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Fleabites. NOTE: There is some wear to the iridescence on the base edge consistent with age and normal handling. The vase displays brilliant marigold iridescence with rich gold, orange, and rose highlights that accentuate its elegant tall form and distinctive Pulled Loop pattern.

This Carnival Glass piece is from a lifetime collection of well over a thousand pieces of Carnival Glass collected over the years. We were very lucky to be able to purchase over 180 pieces from this collection and make them available to our buyers.

ITEM DESCRIPTION

Antique Dugan Carnival Glass swung vase in the Pulled Loop pattern. The vase features elongated loop motifs molded vertically around the body, creating a graceful flowing design that is enhanced by the tall stretched form. The rich marigold glass exhibits outstanding iridescence with vibrant gold, orange, and rose tones throughout. The vase is finished with a scalloped swung rim and a broad circular foot with a radiating starburst base pattern.

PATTERN & DESIGN

Pulled Loop is one of Dugan\'s earliest and most recognizable Carnival Glass patterns, featuring elongated oval loop motifs arranged in a flowing vertical design. The pattern is especially striking when used on swung vases, where the stretched form accentuates the upward movement of the molded loops. Combined with Dugan\'s brilliant marigold iridescence and elegant scalloped rim, this vase represents the artistry and innovation that made Dugan one of the premier American Carnival Glass manufacturers of the early twentieth century.

 

This measures 10 1/8\" High x 3 1/4\" Wide rim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Vase.
