A brass Dr. X - style card punch made by Nick Diffatte and sold for awhile by Meir Yedid. These appear to no longer be available. You can find peggers made by Nick, designed to be used in play, but this is the larger device used to prepare cards in advance.
New in box. Never used. The punch is still in plastic, but appears to be developing a patina due to age.
Includes an instruction sheet and an online link.
