This original steel etching of DANIEL WEBSTER (1782-1852) by James Barton Longacre was drawn from life in 1833 and is framed under glass in a solid cherry/teak wood oval frame. It’s bears Webster signature in the plate. It reads under the image drawn from life. At the bottom in tiny print, it reads
“Entered by Act of Congress in the year 1833 by James B. Longacre in the Clerks Office of the District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
