Production Period: Based on the style of the mark, the piece was made between 1918 and 1938. The word is divided into two parts: “Slovakia” is written at the top, and “Czecho.” at the bottom. During this interwar period, Czechoslovakia was one of the major exporters of high-quality tableware, porcelain, and faience to Europe and the United States.
Such small plates often served either as miniature wall plaques or as plates holders for perfume bottles and small items on a lady’s dressing table.
Technique: The central design was applied using a high-quality method decalcomania with hand-painted details, which was standard for Czechoslovak exports in the 1920s–1930s.
Condition: Pre-owned condition with signs of age.
