T10 high carbon steel (with Clay tempered)
The steel is the most common on the market, hardness about 58HRC after clay tempered heat treatment process. The steel is similarto 1095 high carbon steel, it is a very good performance and ready for daily heavy cutting practice.the following picture showing are T10 steel Clay tempered, you may choose T10 High carbon steel blade without Clay tempered .
9260 spring steelThe steel features excellent flexible performance. it cant be Clay tempered heat treatment(cant make real hamon), hardness about 55-56HRc after through hardened heat treatment process. Thissteel is always used for iaito and HEMA sparring blades
Folded steel,for combination of beauty and functionalityThe steel features are a combination of beauty and functionality. 1)Shinogi-Zukuri
The most general style for TACHI/KATANA and WAKIZASHI (long swords).the bend was added to make it easier to pull the sword out of the sheath, and the ridge was put in the middle of the sword to increase its strength. This was called “shinogi-zukuri”. The blade-edge was cut on the side, and this style became known as the standard for the Japanese sword.

It is like SHINOGI-ZUKURI, but without YOKOTE line

The most general style for TANTO
4)KIRIHA-ZUKURI
Usually in the case of the blades without curvature, like Chinese TANG DAO.
5)Unokubi-Zukuri
The thickness on the backbecomes thins as it gets closertowards the tip, (from 1/3 for katana, from half for Tanto).
6)KANMURI-OTOSHI-ZUKURI
Like Unokubi-Zukuri, but no yokote.
Kissaki-moroha-zukuri style blade, commonly called "Kogarasu-maru" style. The thick backbecomes double edgetowards the tip, a light fast sword.
8)Osorakuzukuri
The KISSAKI part is bigger than the half of the blades length.
