Chinoiserie Pond Crane Toyo Macau Ceramic Vintage Painted Vase - Lamp Base For Sale

Chinoiserie Pond Crane Toyo Macau Ceramic, All-Around Painted Vase, drilled as a Lamp Base.

This was used as traditional garden interior decor. This piece is an eastern inspired ceramic vase with an elaborate hand-painted decoration of cranes and pond plants, on a cream and blush background, with a glossy finish. There are three pattern repeats around this piece. The mark on the bottom of the vase was often used in Macau on Chinese exports for pieces that resembled antiques of Chinese dynasties. Based on Google AI research, this was probably exported around the 1980s.
