Here is a nice vintage RED WING stoneware jug, approx 1 gallon, 2-tone brown and cream colors, marked under glaze: W.H. Hutchinson & Son, / Bottlers' Supplies / 196 & 198 S. Desplaines St. / Chicago, Ill. W.H. Hutchinson was the inventor of the Hutchinson stopper for soda pop bottles in the late 1800's.

Condition: Dug. Has a tight hairline on the right side. Handle is missing. Has some rust marks that could easily be removed. See pictures above for best description of the condition. Displays Near Mint on the shelf.
