Chalcocite, pseudohexagonal crystals, highly iridescent,Flambeau mine, Wisconsin For Sale

Here is a gorgeous and sharp cluster of Chalcocite crystals, from the Flambeau mine, in Wisconsin, with a hexagonal shape, and a slightly skeletal formation. Not only very sharp hexagonal crystals, but great iridescence as well. This would, and should, be a top thumbnail specimen for this elusive locality, from older finds in the mid 1990\'s. doesn\'t get much better than this for the species and locality, in this size range. Just look at the iridescence! Just maing color change, from deep blue to a vivid pink/purple. This effect is due to a thin layer of Bornite on the service of these crystals..
