Cathy Schneider Belsnickle Santa Riding Rooster Chicken Folk Art Signed 1998
Handcrafted folk art Belsnickle Santa by Cathy Schneider from her Cabin Fever line, signed and dated 1998 on the underside. This piece features a hand-carved Santa riding a colorful rooster with hand-painted details, natural feathers, leather reins, fabric clothing, and a snowy base. Cathy Schneider’s work is known for its expressive carving, rustic materials, and one-of-a-kind primitive folk art style, and this rooster design is one of her scarcer creations.
Condition
Very good pre-owned condition. Displays beautifully with light age-related wear consistent with a handcrafted folk art piece. Signed and dated on the underside. Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the description.
