COOP ESTATE SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Coop Estate specializes in collectible fragrances and related items. All photos are of the exact item offered and are taken by Coop Estate.
Sourcing and care: These items were sourced from a single long term collector and stored in a shaded, air conditioned home. As with all collectible perfumes, scent may shift over time due to age and storage conditions. All Coop Estate items, including fragrances, shower gels, body creams, and related products, are sold as collectible items only. Coop Estate cannot guarantee performance, longevity, or personal scent preference. Coop Estate is not responsible for use, reactions, or performance of these products. Every item offered is 100% authentic.
Condition: Items are described as accurately as possible. Packaging may show storage wear. Open box refers to external packaging only, and contents are unused unless otherwise stated. Non-sealed collectible bottles are represented as unused as described. Because they are not factory sealed, any return must be sent back with no evidence of spraying, testing, decanting, or other use. Vintage and discontinued fragrances can experience natural evaporation during long term storage, and this is disclosed in the listing when applicable. Buyers are encouraged to review all photographs carefully and make their own determination prior to purchase.

No APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, freight forwarders, hotels, mail forwarding services, third-party receiving locations, or international destinations. This policy may be applied more strictly to higher-value items, rare collectibles, and factory sealed fragrances. Any post-purchase request to change the delivery address will result in order cancellation and refund if the item has not yet shipped.
Pre-shipment documentation: All items are weighed, photographed, and documented prior to shipment.
