Shows wear - see photos - these books were not printed for durability, and are a rare find. Good condition for age and paper type- see photos to assess condition. There are tears, loss of edges in spots, and this one looks to have been sustained some fire or smoke damage - see photos where the dark areas show what appears to be fire and smoke damage. The cover pages are detached - The book is complete and readable.
