CHAMBERLAINS PAIN BALM BOTTLE 1890s For Sale

This early Chamberlain’s Pain Balm was manufactured by the Chamberlain Med. Co. in Des Moines, IA. U.S.A. In the 1890s. This has its contents, a full label, and its cork with its twisted wire bale. Standing at 5 and 3/8 inches tall and 1 and 7/8 inches across the base in a light aqua color. All 4 panels are sunken with very bold embossing and beveled corners. See all 10 photos. It is tightly sealed with a pale color of light brown sediment from its age and was never buried. The paper label is tan with black print in outstanding condition with a very tiny tear upper right. Outer edges of the label shows a little bit of browning from age, otherwise in beautiful condition. Displays nicely and is from my collection.
