Thanks for taking the time to consider buying from us!
We take great care in sending china, fine collectibles and delicate objects, often double boxing and then double cushioning, within the box and outside of the box.
If you have any issues with an order, please reach out to us before leaving response. It is rare for breakage to occur in shipping (please look at our excellent response!). If it should happen, please reach out to us first, and we can issue a partial or full refund to you immediately (it is necessary for the buyer to send a photo of the damage). Although we do not accept returns, only because shipping delicate items and china, in particular, is challenging and costly for the buyer,we will do all we can (in the form of a refund, or a return, if need be) to accommodate you if you are unsatisfied. You are always backed by the Money Back Guarantee if anything should be very wrong. So please purchase with confidence. We want you to be a happy customer! And if you are, indeed, happy, kindly leave us positive response!
