• I received this unbelievably generous present from my wife for our anniversary. I write A LOT for my job so it was thoughtful.
• But it was also $1300 so I was terrified every time I used it, making sure it was put back in its proper place etc. My patients where asking me how much I charge the pen for all the care I give it....
• Cartier is famous for their pens (they are famous for everything the touch), and they are all gorgeous works of art, but I can\'t use those. But she managed to find an understated, but still uniquely architectural artistic pen.
• But I have other needs now, and the pen must go.
• It is palladium coated steel with a screw top. I have included one cartridge in the box. By the way, it comes with EVERYTHING - the ink, the presentation box, the paperwork, and the warranty which I think expired anyway. But the amazing thing about Cartier is that once you have one of their items, you are in the family for life [short digression: we bought my daughter on the LOVE bracelets for HS graduation. She lost it hiking in the mountains and was absolutely devastated and inconsolable. It is true that the screw never tightened completely and she had told the sales person this. Well, when we came back to Cartier to buy her another one, they said \"no, no, this one is on us\" and they replaced the whole $7k bracelet for free.

I will be listing multiple very high-end, collectible products over the next few years. Most come from my personal collection so they will fit similarly. To give you an idea of my fit, I am 6\'3\", 260 lbs (all muscle, I swear - not true but I do have some). I have NO ass but a bigger belly so I take a larger top but I can fit a surprisingly small size around my waists. But this means that most of my pants have shorter than usual inseam (usually on the order of 30\"). However, I have included measurements (usually in the photos) on each item I sell for your own information.
I am an individual, not tied to a corporation or to a massive seller. As I said, most items are mine, my wife\'s, or my kids from our personal collection. There will be clothes, accessories, shoes, homeware, and other sundry item all united by a single ethos: they have captured our imagination in one way or other in the past. But time moves on and so does family and while we downsize, we want to make sure that our \'treasures\' are properly rehomed. Everything is either new with tags, new without tags, or in immaculate condition which I will describe individually for each item. If not, I will describe defects and condition. Pre-owned clothes have been dry-cleaned.
We do not take returns unless there is something materially wrong with the item or factually incorrect about the listing. We do provide enough information that all information should be covered. In the meantime, we welcome questions and will answer them as quickly as possible.
We generally ship within 5 business days, but there may be exception which we will be sure to let you know. We will keep you apprised during the shipping process. We pack the items very well and have not had issues with breakage in the past.
We expect to be paid through Paypal within 72 hrs of sale end (24 hrs for buy-it-now). Unless of course you have received an extension from us personally.
Shipping is free- the price is inclusive of it. We usually ship FedEx or UPS with some sort of tracking. After that, the package is yours. I am not responsible if you don\'t receive it. I have been fooled in the past by people demanding refund, claiming that the shipper lost their package even though the website clearly states it arrived. In these situations, the problem is between you and the handler and we will not be sending refunds.
