C.M. Hutschenreuther Auvera 1909 Weihnachtskneipe Demitasse Cup & Saucer For Sale

Beautiful demitasse cup and saucer in cobalt blue with gold trim and hand painted heraldic crest with knight and shield in blue, red, and gold. The cup is marked with CM over HR in a shield and topped with a crown. The saucer has the same CM HR mark plus AUVERA (xx,x) S/L, WEIHNACHTSKNEIPE 1909. I believe the German Weihnachtskneipe translates to Christmas Pub. The porcelain is very fine and the white parts are somewhat translucent. Interesting piece, in very good condition. There are some spots on the saucer that look like water stains that did not clean off with the mild detergent I used to wash these. Please see photos.
Will be carefully packed and double boxed for safe shipping.
