Holding this bear is a bit like gazing into the night sky from the middle of the high desert or mountains, hundreds of miles from any measurable light pollution. Carved from a matrix opal, possibly Honduran or Andamooka, with countless shimmering blue, green and pearly white flecks throughout, and areas that evoke the clouds of deep space nurseries or the hundreds of billions of stars in a galaxy such as our own. With turquoise inlaid eyes. By Zuni fetish carver Brian Yatsattie. Signed.Measurements -
