Beautiful Boyd Art Glass Turkey on Nest from the 5th Five Years production period (1999–2003).
Features a rich, translucent chocolate-brown turkey resting on a gorgeous amber glass nest. The base has beautiful swirling and color variations throughout, giving it an almost slag-like appearance.
Under both 365nm and 395nm UV light, the amber nest produces a stunning fiery orange glow!
Wonderful feather detailing, a ribbed nest with scalloped edging, and the Boyd diamond B marking on the bottom.
Both pieces are in great vintage condition. Some rough glass along the rim of the nest, with a possible tiny flea bite that’s difficult to distinguish from the natural roughness. Please review photos.
A beautiful and unusual-looking color combination for Boyd collectors or vintage glass enthusiasts. Perfect for a Thanksgiving display!
