Beautiful Vintage 1950s Wearever 3-Piece Writing Suite – Burgundy & Gold
For sale is a visually stunning and highly collectible mid-century Wearever three-piece writing instrument set. Featuring a rich burgundy resin body paired with bright, elegant gold coloured caps, this set offers an exceptional combination of vintage style and practical functionality.
The fountain pen has been cleaned, and a new latex ink sac fitted. The lever mechanism functions perfectly with excellent compression.
The nib writes smoothly and the pen is 100% ready to use.
Fountain pen: Cosmetically there are some minor, age-appropriate tiny marks on the barrel (hardly noticeable) but it is completely free of hairline cracks, chips, or structural splits.
Mechanical Pencil: Matches the set beautifully. The traditional internal twist mechanism operates smoothly to extend and retract the lead.
Ballpoint Pen/Biro: Visually intact and pristine with its original screw-in threaded nose tip. Please note that the ballpoint pen is CURRENTLY NOT WORKING because the original mid-century ink cartridge has naturally dried up over the decades. It is included to maintain the aesthetic completeness of the 3-piece set and is sold strictly as-is for a modern refill retrofit or parts.
