This stunning vase features a romantic cascading Victorian bouquet filled with light and dark cabbage roses in full bloom twisted around tendrils of greenery. The exquisite floral artwork was expertly hand-painted on a backdrop of moss green with splashes of blush. The porcelain mold is exquisite with its fluted rim and dual intricate handles that the remarkably talented artist accented with gold.
It stands 13 inches (33.02 cm) and from one handle to the other is 6.25 inches (15.875 cm).
Although no maker\'s hallmark this vase may have been imported to America before 1900 when no hallmarks were required. I have several unmarked porcelain pieces in my collection because the artwork to me is more important than a hallmark. This vase\'s exquisite artwork proves my point.
Excellent condition with no chips, hairlines, or paint flakes.
