Up for sale/sale is a scarce American sporting fixed blade: the Hyken Knives Lite Hunter (First Run), designed by Reid Hyken (founder of Sharpshooter Sheath Systems) and built by Bark River Knives in Escanaba, Michigan.

Produced in a single limited run in 2017, the Lite Hunter takes Reid Hyken’s ergonomic, hand-filling handle platform and pairs it with an agile straight-backed hunting blade. Ground from Crucible CPM-154 powder metallurgy stainless steel, it features a crisp saber grind, a tapering top false swedge, and Bark River's hand-blended convex edge.

Fitted with classic Black Canvas Micarta scales secured by heavy Corby bolts and housed in a fitted Bark River fold-over leather belt sheath.
