Belmont Abbey College is a private Catholic liberal arts college in Belmont, North Carolina near Charlotte. It was founded in 1876 by the Benedictine monks of Belmont Abbey. The college is affiliated with the Catholic Church and the Order of Saint Benedict.
This large book with holder measures 9.5" by 12.25" and is 1" thick and heavy weighing about 3 pounds 3 oz unwrapped. Will be shipped the economical media mail unless buyer contacts me to request another method and pays the postage difference.

Important so please be sure you are ok with this condition. Old yearbook is from an estate here in North Carolina. Former owner was alumni. It has the expected age wear and soiling especially on cover including rub and scuff marks as shown in photos. I didn't see handwriting after skimming the book but I didn't look at all 200+ pages. Being sold "as is" as was found. In guide below considered good minus.
