Holder condition and images
We make every reasonable effort to identify significant holder damage. CGC cases may nevertheless display minor characteristics such as Newton rings, light inner-well scuffing present from encapsulation, or ordinary surface wear including small scratches and scuffs.
If the condition of the holder is important to you, please examine every listing image closely before purchasing. Image distortion, glare, or colour variation may result from the scanner or display. The listing images form part of the item description.
Images: High-resolution front and back images are included whenever available and are often sourced from the grader\'s certification images. Additional photographs may be requested through Messages before purchase.
Shipping
Delivery destinations, dispatch location, handling time and shipping charges are those shown in this listing. Items are shipped using the service selected at checkout. Please review all delivery details before purchasing.
Returns
The seller does not accept change-of-mind returns. Please review the title, item specifics, certification details, and all images before purchasing or offerding, and ask any questions in advance. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Money Back Guarantee where applicable.
Customs, duties and import fees
The seller uses reasonable care when preparing customs documentation, including an accurate item description, value, country of origin where known, and the tariff classification appropriate to the item. Printed comic books are generally classified within Chapter 49 and may use HTS 4901.99 when appropriate; the correct classification can vary based on the specific item and destination.
CUSMA/USMCA preferential treatment may apply only when the item satisfies the applicable rules of origin and the claim is supported by the required origin information. Preferential treatment does not guarantee that every tax, processing fee, brokerage charge, supplemental tariff, or other import assessment will be waived.
Where the selected carrier service is Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), duties or brokerage collected by that service are prepaid by the seller. Customs authorities and carriers retain final authority over classification and assessment, and they may impose taxes, fees, adjustments, or brokerage charges despite prepaid service.
Buyer responsibility Any customs duty, tariff, tax, brokerage charge, or other import fee that is not expressly prepaid by the seller or collected at checkout remains the buyer\'s responsibility. Import rules and de minimis treatment can change without notice.
