BARNYARD COMICS #11 (ANIMATED CARTOONS INC. 1947). Funny animal stories. Cover art by DAN GORDON. Interior art by ALAN HUBBARD, HARRIS STEINBROOK, DON ARR, ED DUNN, PAUL SOMMER and FRANK GRUNDEEN. This book is difficult to find. VERY FINE (8.0) condition.
This is a high-grade copy of this magazine with rich color and lots of original luster. The spine, corners and edges look super-sharp. The staples tightly bind the cover and all interior pages (centerfold photo provided). It looks like a 9.4 or better book but some foxing on this brings the grade down here. There is faint foxing at the upper portion of the spine edge. On the back cover, there are more foxing blotches and at the upper right there is faint transfer image from another comic that this book probably sat on top of for a long time. At the upper end of the back cover there is a minor handling impression. The interior pages look off-white.
Shipping is $6.00 to the United States. Shipping will be combined for multiple purchases.
