Bürgenstock Switzerland Hammetschwand Lift Divided Back Postcard c1910 Unused For Sale

This vintage postcard features the famous Hammetschwand Lift on Bürgenstock mountain near Lucerne, Switzerland. The sepia-toned image shows the towering outdoor elevator on the cliff face overlooking Lake Lucerne, with an inset view of the resort hotels. Published by P. Braun of Bürgenstock and Gstaad, this is a Divided Back era card, circa 1907-1915. The postcard is unused and in good condition for its age, with minor corner wear and light toning. There are some faint pencil notations on the back.
