This is a 100% newly manufactured reproduction trackball unit built for serious restoration, collector, and reproduction applications. Specifically for those who want Missile Command restored properly, not patched together with worn 40-year-old parts. Features machined ALUMINUM components, laser-cut acrylic and aluminum parts, precision-ground and polished ball, and carefully manufactured components throughout.

This unit was engineered as an extremely close 1:1 recreation of the original Atari assembly, preserving the original appearance, fit, feel, and function. It is nearly indistinguishable from OEM, with the most visible difference being that it is obviously brand new. Known weak points were discreetly improved, including machined aluminum encoder hubs replacing the original brittle molded plastic counterparts.
