Up for sale is a fantastic piece of early 20th-century hardware advertising: an authentic, antique 1-pint paint tin from The Wilson Paint & Glass Co., formerly located at 552 Main Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dating back to approximately the 1910s to 1920s, this can features its original paper label for \"Wilson\'s Iron-Like Ground-Color\" paint in \"No. 43 Flat Yellow.\"

Condition Report:
This item is being sold strictly as a historical collectible for display. The front paper label is remarkably intact with minor aging, light staining, and shelf wear as pictured. The exposed metal on the top, bottom, and back of the can exhibits significant, authentic patina, tarnish, and oxidation that adds beautiful rustic character to the piece. The lid and base remain completely sealed.
Important Note on Contents:
The can still contains a significant portion of its original contents which have completely dried and hardened over the last century. Because it was likely stored flat on its side for a long period, the dried mass has settled along one wall of the interior. This causes a lopsided weight distribution when handled, and giving the can a total weight of 13.8 oz.
