Antique Westmoreland Iridescent Amethyst Pillow & Starburst Carnival Glass Bowl For Sale

Westmoreland Glass Co. was based out of Pennsylvania. This particular line of decorative bowls was produced between 1909-1916. The Pillow & Starburst pattern has a beautiful amethyst color mixed with other iridescent shades. The interior of the 8\" diameter bowl is a matted smooth surface. The exterior has the molded Pillow & Starburst pattern. The base is 2.75\" and is 3\" tall. You can see some tiny black dots and a couple of bubbles made during production. The dots are from the carbon or iron from the molds. This is a good proof that it isn\'t a reproduction. This is such a wonderful size to decorate with or add to your Carnival Glass collection.
