Item has a chipped piece on the rear of the boot. The mark that was once at the bottom of the boot has chipped off. There is also a very minor chip on the logo on the side. It has other imperfections such as discoloration, scuffs and or scratches due to the age of the mug (from approximately mid 19th century).Villeroy & Boch Mettlach Boot Shaped Tankard (or could be used as a decorative vase) with tan body and glazed yellow cuff to the boot. The "V,B" is on the side of the boot in a raised design.
