My pap worked on typewriters, and restored them. This was one he didn't get to start or finish. But he did mention it was rare.
I can not find this specific typewritter online, or on . It is rare. But I found the following information based on 2 things:
1. The serial# - 4528856-12 (pictured).
2. CHAMPION on the inside of the spacebar (pictured)
