Antique- US Cavalry Leather Gaiters and Belt with Shoulder Strap 1898-1918 For Sale

Up for sale is aAntique US Military Cavalry belt and pair of gaiters. These are made of heavy duty leather. The belt is marked Army & Navy Supply as well as AP&S Trademark. The gaiters are not marked, but I purchased all together. The belt is heavy duty and it measures 2 1/2" wide and is It has a loop and a hook probably for field gear. The shoulder strap measures 1 1/2" wide.The belt tells the story. It dates to the Spanish American War to WWI - 1898-1918. These upper grade pieces were sold to newly commissioned officers who wanted quality field gear. There is a scabbard hook and a ring on the belt. Due to the missing straps on the gaiters I am selling the set "AS IS".
