Up for sale/sale is an exceptionally rare and historically important Art Nouveau glass perfume bottle: L’Effleurt, designed by René Lalique for François Coty circa 1910–1912.

This landmark piece represents René Lalique’s very first commercial perfume bottle design, making it an essential centerpiece for any serious Lalique or antique fragrance bottle collection.

The rectangular bottle features a heavy clear glass body surrounding a frosted, deeply recessed central panel. The relief panel depicts a draped Art Nouveau nymph floating among flora and cicadas.

• Molded Signature: Features the crisp molded "R. LALIQUE" signature near the lower base of the panel, directly above "L'EFFLEURT DE COTY".

• Stopper: Includes its original, characteristic blunted triangular frosted glass stopper featuring two stylized cicadas.
