As one of the first antiques in our personal collection, we're offering this rare antique ceramic phrenology head inkwell on stand, measuring 4 3/4" tall. The crazed clear glaze covers the head which is completely covered with Fowler's phrenological demarkations in gilt.See photos. The rectangular base is impressed " Dr. F Bridges/Phrenologist" . Gilt flourishing highlights the piece. See photos. It is in fine condition.
