Antique Dutch Catholic devotional wall shrine featuring a framed print of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. The image is housed within an elaborate painted and gilded wooden frame with layered decorative moldings, and a Gothic crest along the top. Signed by the Parisian printing and publishing firm Bouasse-Lebel.The lower portion has a projecting shelf supported by decorative brackets, allowing the piece to function as a small home altar or devotional shrine. Beneath the shelf is a hand-painted Dutch inscription displayed across decorative scrolls.The Dutch inscription reads:
"Onze Lieve Vrouw van Altijddurenden Bijstand, offer voor ons."
This translates to:

Very good antique condition with age-related wear. The painted and gilded surfaces show small scratches, rubbing, small losses, discoloration, and areas of worn finish. There are visible cracks, separations, and old repairs within portions of the decorative Gothic crest and frame moldings. The crest itself is in broken pieces, but when assembled on the shelf they appear solid. The shelf has surface wear and paint loss consistent with previous devotional use. The print and surrounding decorative frame show age-related spotting, fading, and wear. Shipping:
