Features genuine mother-of-pearl scales with attractive natural iridescence and classic early miniature pocketknife styling. A very slim, elegant antique pen knife with excellent eye appeal.
Both blades retain good snap and sit well within the frame when closed. Blades show honest age patina, peppering, and wear consistent with age and careful use over many decades.
One scale has a tiny chip, and the secondary blade has a small edge chip, both shown in the photos.
Likely dates to the early 1900s era and appears associated with a Chicago retailer or distributor. A very appealing small antique pearl pocketknife for collectors of vintage cutlery, gentleman’s knives, or miniature pen knives.
