There are no scratches on this bowl, so I feel confident in saying it was used for display. This was supported by the remaining family members (Estate Sale-Haddonfield N.J.) who say it was kept in a curio cabinet. From what they remember, it was originally dated at around 1920.
The bowl is 7 in. in diameter and 1 3/4 in. deep. The hand painted pink roses and white blossoms along with the ornate scrollwork and lattice along the rim are beautiful to see! This would be a fine bowl to add to any collection!
