Antique Luckhaus & Gunther Remscheid Machete Reglamentario 877 C La Catalana For Sale

Antique Luckhaus & Gunther Machete Reglamentario 877 C dress sidearm for the Spanish Colonial Military in Cuba around the 1890\'s. La Catalana contracted the German forge to produce this sword in Remscheid Germany. I did not attempt to clean the sword/machete at all. The blade has darkening stains, scratches, rounded tip, areas of very light rust and other wear consistent with a hundred plus year old military item. The blade bends slightly and I tried to capture that in the pictures. I doubt it was made that way but I really don\'t know. The machete measures 33.5\" in total length and the blade is 28\" in length.
