A fun antique match safe that also includes either a cigar cutter or cigarette cutter on the bottom. The stag / deer makes me think this was more of a hunter match safe or at least someone who enjoyed the outdoors. There is signs of wear as shown in the pictures.
This match safe comes from a large inherited collection that has been entrusted to us on consignment. I have done my best to insure accurate pictures for each match safe so please look at all pictures before purchasing. This estate collection includes 60 total match safes ranging across art nouveau, art deco, and pre-war. There are plenty of sterling, brass, German silver, and other metals available in this collection. Plenty of advertisements and old souvenirs as well.
If you have any questions on any of the listings, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask. I will happily provide more pictures or information.
If you buy multiple of our listings, shipping can be combined. Feel free to make an offer. If you are interested in multiple match safes at once, please let us know which ones and we can work out a deal.
